Architect

We're seeking a licensed go-getter with at least five years of experience who can hit the ground running. Responsibilities include architectural project management, project programming, conceptual design, design development, contract documentation, bidding and construction administration. Must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. 

Electrical Engineer (Power/Lighting/Building Systems)

We're seeking an electrical engineer with at least ten years of experience who will be responsible for the design of new electronic products up to full production. This includes design, cost estimating, and construction documents for electrical systems, including electrical distribution, lighting control systems, and emergency power for buildings of all types. Responsibilities include design and production of electrical power, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, CCTV, and miscellaneous electrical systems in commercial facilities, and preparation of load calculations, selection of equipment, and layout of electrical systems. Must have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited instiution, be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, and have a strong working knowledge of building electrical systems, NFPA and NEC codes. 
 
Technology Consultant
We're seeking a technology consultant with at least five years of experience who will be responsible for the design of new technology systems and to determine best practices to extend the useful life of existing systems. Technology systems include fire alarm and mass notification, video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection and security, technology cabling, sound reinforcement, audio visual, and data and wireless technologies. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, excellent working relationship with technology system providers, working knowledge of NFPA, IBC, EIA/TIA codes and standards, be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and be NICET and RCDD certified (or the desire to pursue certification).
 
Admininstrative Assistant
