We’re looking for talented and energetic leaders!
We strive to attract design professionals committed to designing unique, yet timeless, spaces in which people can live, learn, work, play and heal. Our firm’s “work hard/play hard” culture, low employee turnover, and national reputation for design excellence has allowed us to continuously attract and retain the best and brightest architects, engineers and designers. Outside of the office, our employees can be found participating in company-sponsored activities, community outreach, and socializing with one another at happy hours, group field trips, lunches, cookouts, and firm celebrations. We have a long history of cultivating our leaders from within the firm to produce some of the Midwest’s most recognized design leaders and A/E professionals. We’re always looking to add emerging leaders to our team.
At LDG, you will work as part of a talented team of professionals, utilizing your individual skills and talents together with ours, everyday striving to be and do better for the benefit of ourselves, our clients, and our communities. You’ll have flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week, work with great people, continue to learn and grow, and have a good time doing it. We offer a competitive salary, and our benefits package includes medical/life/disability/vision/dental insurance, 401K profit-sharing plan, and paid time off.
